The appointee will be responsible for (a) performing computational exposomics analyses, including basic exposome-wide association study (ExWAS) approach and advanced mixture, multi-omics, and machine learning methods, e.g., LASSO, polyexposure score (PXS), network analysis, polygenic risk score (PRS); (b) collaborating closely with the team and external investigators on projects that fulfill the exposome vision of the group.
