Hong Kong Medical Professionals’ Secondary Traumatic Stress
JCSPHPC is recruiting local medical professionals to understand the secondary traumatic stress they experience when caring for traumatised patients. Upon completing a 20-minute baseline questionnaire, research participants will receive an HKD 80 supermarket/dining voucher. Research participants may also be invited to complete a follow-up survey two weeks later, and receive another HKD 80 supermarket/dining voucher upon completion.
Eligibility:
- Physicians or nurses (aged ≥18) working in Hong Kong
- Providing healthcare services in public, private, and non-governmental organisations
- Have cared for/worked with service users who had traumatic experiences (e.g., road traffic accident, natural disaster) in the past year
Mental Health for Type 2 Diabetes Patients
The study focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of an 8-week online psychological intervention called ‘ACT for Dia-pression’ for individuals with Type 2 Diabetes presented with depressive symptoms. Upon completion of the assessment and training, you will receive a gift (worthy of $150) and a certificate of completion as appreciation.
