Bio
Dr Susan Yau is a Clinical Professional Consultant at The Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She obtained her MBChB degree from the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom. Since then, she has had the opportunity to work in Hong Kong’s public sector as a Specialist in Geriatric Medicine providing holistic care to patients along the patient journey from hospital to ambulatory to community settings. In addition, she has engaged in work related to rehabilitation and palliative care at the management level in the Hospital Authority Head Office.
