Following a successful visit in August 2023, academics and research postgraduate students from the School of Public Health at Zhejiang University (ZJU) returned to The JC School of Public Health and Primary Care (JCSPHPC) on 29 July 2024 to further strengthen collaboration in research and education.

Prof Shelly Tse delivered a welcome message to delegation from ZJU.

The visit began with a warm welcome message from Prof Shelly Tse, Associate Director (Mainland Affairs) of JCSPHPC, followed by the School introduction delivered by Prof April Wu, Research Assistant Professor. ZJU also shared an introduction video about their School of Public Health, enriching our understanding of their institution.

To foster knowledge exchange, both parties engaged in focused group discussions. The academic session was fruitful, with Prof Shelly Tse leading a discussion with representatives from the School of Public Health at ZJU, including Prof Mingwen Zhong, Vice Dean, Prof Hua Naranmandura, Assistant Dean, and Mr Jiaran Li, Department Executive, to explore opportunities for potential academic and research collaborations.
