Organised by the Faculty of Medicine, the Teachers’ and Students’ Awards Presentation Ceremony 2024 was successfully held on 8 June 2024 at Sir Run Run Shaw Hall at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
This is an important annual event for Faculty members to express gratitude to our dedicated teachers who have not only passed their knowledge on to students, but have also inspired them. Congratulations to Prof Eliza WONG, Professor, The JC School of Public Health and Primary Care (JCSPHPC); Prof Phoenix MO, Associate Professor, JCSPHPC; and Mr. CHIU Cheuk Pong, Professional Consultant, JCSPHPC, on receiving “Teacher of the Year Award” at the ceremony.
Faculty also presented prizes and scholarships to recognise student awardees from the 5 Schools for their distinguished academic performance, and significant contributions in extra-curricular activities and community service.
There were more than 450 attendees joining us at the Ceremony, including the Guest of Honour, Dr. LAM Man-kin, Ronald, JP, Director of Health, Department of Health, the HKSAR Government, Prof Philip CHIU, Dean, Faculty of Medicine, CUHK, Faculty members, donors and benefactors, teacher and student awardees, and their families.
