个人简介

冯康教授是香港中文大学赛马会公共卫生及基层医疗学院医疗管理学专业应用教授，他亦是香港中文大学医院的执行董事及行政总裁的执行董事及行政总裁。

 

冯教授于2014年加入中大前，于2002至2013年任医院管理局(HA)新界东联网行政总监及威尔斯亲王医院行政总监，负责七所公立医院的管理及营运。

 

在此之前，他曾在在医管局总办事处工作，负责公营医院服务及设施的规划和发展逾十年。他带头发展了医管局的临床管理系统及电子病历。

 

在专业领域，冯教授曾任香港社区医学院院长(2014-2018年)及首席审查员(2010-2013年)，他在医疗领导、卫生规划、卫生信息学和医疗服务管理方面的专业知识广受认可。
