CUHK Main Round for full time PhD/MPhil application 2023-24 has started and deadline will be on 1 December 2022.
The MPhil-PhD programme supports interdisciplinary studies in the field of public health and primary care and aims to build the capacity of students in research methodologies as they relate to public and population health, and community oriented primary care.

Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme
The Research Grants Council (RGC) of Hong Kong has established the prestigious Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme to attract outstanding students in the world to pursue their PhD studies at Hong Kong's universities. The Scheme offers a stipend of HK$325,200 (approx. US$41,690) and a conference and research-related travel allowance of HK$13,600 (approx. US$1,740) per year to each awardee. In addition, all HKFPS awardees studying at CUHK will receive the CUHK Vice-Chancellor HKPFS Scholarship including tuition fee waiver, lodging award and hostel fee waiver, etc.

Application deadline:
To submit an initial application to RGC by 12 noon, 1 December 2022 HKT; and
