Presented by Sino International Industrial Limited, the International Conference on “Primary Care Ecosystem: Integrated Care for Successful Ageing” is co-organized by Department of Management Sciences of City University of Hong Kong (CityU) and The Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care (JCSPHPC) of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). This conference aims to bring together healthcare professionals, researchers, policymakers, and stakeholders to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and explore innovative approaches to integrated care for the ageing population.
Dorothy expressed her excitement by saying that, “I am honored to receive this Best Student Post Award at the Primary Care Ecosystem: Integrated Care for Successful Aging conference. This award serves as a validation for our work’s contribution to the field of primary care and older adult patients’ post-discharge care.
