We are honored to have Mr Cheung Pok Man Boris to be our speaker in the second public seminar of the four-lecture series on life and death education organized by the School of Public Health and Primary Care, CUHK. A solicitor, Boris will share with us the theoretical and practical issues of estate management, wills, and enduring powers of attorney. Since death is an inevitable stage of life, how should we plan ahead to better prepare for ourselves and our relatives and friends? How to ensure that our family members can use our assets to pay for the living, medical and hospital expenses in a timely and uncomplicated fashion? We will learn about all these in this seminar.
Mr Cheung Pok Man Boris's legal practice includes dealing with civil and commercial disputes -- they include but are not limited to representing private clients in handling estate disputes, drafting various contracts, wills, and enduring powers of attorney, and handling family matters such as asset allocation and asset transfer.
