The first seminar, titled "Busyness in the Maternity Ward and Quality of Care," was presented by Professor Dan Han, Assistant Professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore on 11 July 2024. The second seminar, "Beyond the Hype: The Promise and Perils of LLMs in Healthcare," held on 12 July 2024 was delivered by Professor Arthur Tang, Senior Lecturer, Department of Information Technology, RMIT University Vietnam.

She shared her observations and provided the audience with inspiring research insights that examined coping strategies for increased workloads in healthcare settings.

Prof Dan Han shared her observation in the three large Kenyan hospitals and revealed the relationship between workload and quality of healthcare in maternity ward.
