個人簡介

馮康教授是香港中文大學賽馬會公共衞生及基層醫療學院​醫療管理學專業應用教授，他亦是香港中文大醫學院的執行董事及行政總裁。

 

馮教授於2014年加入中大前，於2002至2013年任醫院管理局(HA)新界東聯網行政總裁及威爾斯親王醫院行政總裁，負責七所公立醫院的管理及營運。

 

在此之前，他曾在在醫管局總辦事處工作，負責公營醫院服務及設施的規劃和發展逾十年。他帶頭發展了醫管局的臨床管理系統及電子病歷。

 

在專業領域，馮教授曾任香港社區醫學院院長(2014-2018年)及首席審查員(2010-2013年)，他在醫療領導、衞生規劃、衞生信息學和醫療服務管理方面的專業知識廣受認可。
