個人簡介

黃麗儀教授是加拿大及香港的註冊護士，她先後於加拿大英屬哥倫比亞大學和香港中文大學取得護理學理學士及公共衞生碩士學位，並於香港中文大學修畢博士學位課程，期間主要研究中醫對公共衞生的影響。她現時亦是香港國際仲裁中心(HKIAC)及香港調解資歷評審協會有限公司(HKMAAL)認可的調解員。

黃教授的研究方向主要為定立患者報告結果測量指標(PROMs)，包括有病人經驗，以及在個人和醫療體制層面上利用EQ-5D-5L-HK評估與健康相關的生活質量；為推動全人照護，她亦對人類乳頭瘤病毒自我採檢的有效度和敏感度作出研究，以促進自我照顧及子宮頸癌篩查的普及度。黃教授對於運用病人經驗反映相關的醫療質量亦有著豐富的研究經驗及專業知識。2009年，她與牛津大學合作研發及驗證了首個本地病人經驗測量工具，並帶領其研究團隊為全港的公立醫院進行首次的病人經驗調查，為公共醫療服務的持續性品質改善帶來啟示。2012年，黃教授擔任牛津大學公共衞生學院的訪問學者，在病人經驗、求診後滿意度和病人報告結果測量的知識上作交流。黃教授其後亦獲得研究資助，研發及驗證香港成人同兒童版本的與健康相關生活品質量表(EQ-5D-5L HK 和EQ-5D-Y HK)，並以此建立香港人口參考值。此外，她亦獲資助進行跨代共融的研究，以改善人口健康。

黃教授發表了超過160 篇同行評審的學術文章，她曾獲得多方的研究資助及捐款包括香港政府、醫院管理局、國際學術組織和製藥公司。她亦是2015年世界銀行研究中心和悉尼大學健康科學學院的核心研究人員，以及多家國際自然科學期刊的編輯委員會成員，其中包括《香港護理雜誌》的助理編輯；她亦是多個機構的主要成員，包括教育局、香港醫務行政學院、香港家庭計劃指導會等。
