个人简介
黄丽仪教授是加拿大及香港的注册护士,她先后于加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学和香港中文大学取得护理学理学士及公共卫生硕士学位,并于香港中文大学修毕博士学位课程,期间主要研究中医对公共卫生的影响。她现时亦是香港国际仲裁中心(HKIAC)及香港调解资历评审协会有限公司(HKMAAL)认可的调解员。
黄教授的研究方向主要为定立患者报告结果测量指标(PROMs),包括有病人经验,以及在个人和医疗体制层面上利用EQ-5D-5L-HK评估与健康相关的生活质量;为推动全人照护,她亦对人类乳头瘤病毒自我采检的有效度和敏感度作出研究,以促进自我照顾及子宫颈癌筛查的普及度。黄教授对于运用病人经验反映相关的医疗质量亦有着丰富的研究经验及专业知识。2009年,她与牛津大学合作研发及验证了首个本地病人经验测量工具,并带领其研究团队为全港的公立医院进行首次的病人经验调查,为公共医疗服务的持续性质量改善带来启示。2012年,黄教授担任牛津大学公共卫生学院的访问学者,在病人经验、求诊后满意度和病人报告结果测量的知识上作交流。黄教授其后亦获得研究资助,研发及验证香港成人同儿童版本的与健康相关生活质量量表(EQ-5D-5L HK 和EQ-5D-Y HK),并以此建立香港人口参考值。此外,她亦获资助进行跨代共融的研究,以改善人口健康。
黄教授发表了超过160 篇同行评审的学术文章,她曾获得多方的研究资助及捐款包括香港政府、医院管理局、国际学术组织和制药公司。她亦是2015年世界银行研究中心和悉尼大学健康科学学院的核心研究人员,以及多家国际自然科学期刊的编辑委员会成员,其中包括《香港护理杂志》的助理编辑;她亦是多个机构的主要成员,包括教育局、香港医务行政学院、香港家庭计划指导会等。
