\u52a9\u7406\u6559\u6388\u6559\u5927\u5bb6\u89e3\u8b80\u5305\u88dd\u4e0a\u7684\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u5feb\u901f\u6e2c\u8a66\u7684\u6e96\u78ba\u5ea6\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5982\u4f55\u7406\u89e3\u967d\u6027\u548c\u9670\u6027\u7d50\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-a79fq\">\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\uff08Sensitivity\uff09\u6108\u9ad8\uff0c\u300c\u5047\u9670\u6027\u300d\u6a5f\u6703\u6108\u4f4e\uff0c\u6f0f\u8a3a\u6a5f\u6703\u6108\u4f4e\u3002\u574a\u9593\u6e2c\u8a66\u5305\u4e00\u822c\u70ba90%-98%\u3002<br>\u7279\u7570\u5ea6\uff08Specificity\uff09\u6108\u9ad8\uff0c\u300c\u5047\u967d\u6027\u300d\u6a5f\u6703\u6108\u4f4e\u3002\u574a\u9593\u6e2c\u8a66\u5305\u4e00\u822c\u905498%-100%\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-82eu\">\ud83d\udd34\u6aa2\u6e2c\u51fa\u967d\u6027\uff08\u5169\u689d\u7dda\uff09\uff1a\u7531\u65bc\u7279\u7570\u5ea6\u4e00\u822c\u8f03\u9ad8\uff0c\u300c\u771f\u967d\u6027\u300d\u6a5f\u6703\u8f03\u5927\uff0c\u5373\u662f\u597d\u53ef\u80fd\u5df2\u7d93\u88ab\u611f\u67d3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-387ja\">\ud83d\udfe1\u6aa2\u6e2c\u51fa\u9670\u6027\uff08\u4e00\u689d\u7dda\uff09\uff1a\u90e8\u5206\u6e2c\u8a66\u5305\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\u50c59\u6210\uff0c\u610f\u5473\u8457\u9670\u6027\u7d50\u679c\u67091\u6210\u6216\u66f4\u4f4e\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u662f\u300c\u5047\u9670\u6027\u300d\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u75c5\u6bd2\u91cf\u8f03\u4f4e\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u539f\u56e0\u800c\u6aa2\u6e2c\u4e0d\u5230\u3002\u82e5\u5df2\u51fa\u73fe\u75c5\u5fb5\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u9ad8\u98a8\u96aa\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u5982\u53bb\u904e\u6709\u78ba\u8a3a\u75c5\u4f8b\u5230\u8a2a\u7684\u5834\u6240\u6216\u63a5\u89f8\u904e\u6709\u75c5\u75c7\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u53ef\u7528\u53e6\u4e00\u724c\u5b50\u518d\u6e2c\u8a66\uff0c\u4e26\u9694\u5169\u81f3\u4e09\u65e5\u518d\u6aa2\u6e2c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure id=\"viewer-66l89\">\u7576\u524d\uff0c\u65b0\u51a0\u75ab\u60c5\u6b63\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u8086\u8650\u3002\u5728\u91ab\u7642\u8cc7\u6e90\u6709\u9650\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u6bd2\u5feb\u901f\u6297\u539f\u6e2c\u8a66\u5305\u9032\u884c\u81ea\u6211\u6aa2\u6e2c\uff0c\u4e0d\u55ae\u6b62\u53ef\u4ee5\u5feb\u901f\u77e5\u9053\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u4ea6\u53ef\u4ee5\u6e1b\u5c11\u7531\u65bc\u5728\u4eba\u7fa4\u5bc6\u96c6\u5730\u65b9\u6392\u968a\u6aa2\u6e2c\u800c\u5c0e\u81f4\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u3002\u5e02\u9762\u4e0a\u53ef\u4ee5\u8cb7\u5230\u591a\u7a2e\u4e0d\u540c\u724c\u5b50\u7684\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u6bd2\u5feb\u901f\u6297\u539f\u6e2c\u8a66\u5305\uff0c\u5728\u9078\u64c7\u4e0d\u540c\u6e2c\u8a66\u5305\u6642\uff0c\u6e2c\u8a66\u7d50\u679c\u7684\u6e96\u78ba\u6027\u662f\u9996\u8981\u8003\u616e\uff0c\u800c\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\uff08sensitivity\uff09\u548c\u7279\u7570\u5ea6\uff08specificity\uff09\u662f\u8a55\u4f30\u6e96\u78ba\u6027\u6642\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5169\u500b\u6307\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-3iq5a\">\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\u7684\u610f\u601d\u662f\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u67d0\u500b\u4eba\u78ba\u5be6\u611f\u67d3\u4e86\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u6bd2\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u4eba\u505a\u5b8c\u6e2c\u8a66\u4e4b\u5f8c\u5f97\u5230\u967d\u6027\u7d50\u679c\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u6709\u5e7e\u5927\uff1f\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u67d0\u724c\u5b50\u6e2c\u8a66\u5305\u7684\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\u70ba96%\uff0c\u610f\u601d\u662f\u611f\u67d3\u4e86\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u4eba\u5f97\u5230\u967d\u6027\u7d50\u679c\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u70ba96%\u3002\u63db\u53e5\u8aaa\u8a71\u8b1b\uff0c\u5047\u8a2d\u6709100\u500b\u75c5\u4eba\u63a5\u53d7\u6e2c\u8a66\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u768496\u500b\u4eba\u6703\u5f97\u5230\u967d\u6027\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u88ab\u6aa2\u6e2c\u51fa\u4f86\uff0c\u800c\u5176\u9918\u76844\u500b\uff08\u672c\u4f86\u4ea6\u90fd\u61c9\u8a72\u5f97\u5230\u967d\u6027\u7d50\u679c\u7684\uff09\u4eba\u6703\u5f97\u5230\u9670\u6027\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u90194\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u7d50\u679c\u53eb\u505a\u201c\u5047\u9670\u6027\u201d\uff0c\u5047\u9670\u6027\u53ef\u80fd\u4ee4\u5230\u90194\u500b\u4eba\u8aa4\u8a8d\u70ba\u81ea\u5df1\u5187\u4e8b\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u6f0f\u8a3a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-4rrml\">\u7279\u7570\u5ea6\u7684\u610f\u601d\u662f\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u67d0\u500b\u4eba\u6c92\u6709\u611f\u67d3\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u6bd2\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u4eba\u505a\u5b8c\u6e2c\u8a66\u4e4b\u5f8c\u5f97\u5230\u9670\u6027\u7d50\u679c\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u6709\u5e7e\u5927\uff1f\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u67d0\u724c\u5b50\u6e2c\u8a66\u5305\u7684\u7279\u7570\u5ea6\u70ba99%\uff0c\u610f\u601d\u662f\u6c92\u6709\u611f\u67d3\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u4eba\u5f97\u5230\u9670\u6027\u7d50\u679c\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u70ba99%\u3002\u63db\u53e5\u8aaa\u8a71\u8b1b\uff0c\u5047\u8a2d\u6709100\u500b\u6c92\u6709\u611f\u67d3\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u4eba\u63a5\u53d7\u6e2c\u8a66\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u768499\u500b\u4eba\u6703\u5f97\u5230\u9670\u6027\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u800c\u5176\u9918\u76841\u500b\uff08\u672c\u4f86\u4ea6\u90fd\u61c9\u8a72\u5f97\u5230\u9670\u6027\u7d50\u679c\u7684\uff09\u4eba\u6703\u5f97\u5230\u967d\u6027\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u90191\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u7d50\u679c\u53eb\u505a\u201c\u5047\u967d\u6027\u201d\uff0c\u5047\u967d\u6027\u53ef\u80fd\u4ee4\u5230\u9019\u500b\u4eba\u8aa4\u8a8d\u70ba\u81ea\u5df1\u6709\u4e8b\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u5fc3\u7406\u58d3\u529b\u53ca\u5c31\u91ab\u884c\u70ba\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-bmpmq\">\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\u548c\u7279\u7570\u5ea6\u7684\u6578\u503c\u8d8a\u9ad8\uff0c\u8868\u793a\u5047\u9670\u6027\u53ca\u5047\u967d\u6027\u7d50\u679c\u8d8a\u5c11\uff0c\u6e2c\u8a66\u7684\u6e96\u78ba\u6027\u8d8a\u9ad8\u3002\u503c\u5f97\u6307\u51fa\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4e00\u822c\u53c3\u8003\u7684\u6e96\u78ba\u6027\u7684\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u4f86\u81ea\u5ee0\u5546\u8aaa\u660e\u66f8\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u90fd\u662f\u5728\u6bd4\u8f03\u5c0f\u7684\u6a23\u672c\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u4e00\u767e\u81f3\u5e7e\u767e\u500b\u4eba\uff09\u4e2d\u958b\u5c55\u7814\u7a76\u5f97\u5230\u7684\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u4eba\u7fa4\u4e2d\u904b\u7528\u6642\uff0c\u540c\u4e00\u7a2e\u6aa2\u6e2c\u65b9\u6cd5\u7684\u6e96\u78ba\u6027\u5728\u4e00\u5b9a\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u6ce2\u52d5\u5c6c\u65bc\u6b63\u5e38\uff0c\u4e26\u975e\u7d55\u5c0d\u4e0d\u8b8a\u7684\u6578\u5b57\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u7576\u4e0d\u540c\u724c\u5b50\u7684\u6e2c\u8a66\u5305\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\u6216\u7279\u7570\u5ea6\u5b58\u5728\u7d30\u5fae\u7684\u5dee\u5225\uff08\u4f8b\u59821%-3%\uff09\u6642\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8a8d\u70ba\u5b83\u5011\u7684\u6e96\u78ba\u6027\u76f8\u82e5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p noopener\"><u>\u65e9\u524d\u6d88\u59d4\u6703\u7d9c\u5408\u4e86\u5e02\u9762\u591a\u6b3e\u724c\u5b50\u6e2c\u8a66\u5305\u7684\u6578\u64da<\/u><\/a>\uff0c\u591a\u6578\u724c\u5b50\u7684\u6e2c\u8a66\u5305\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\u8655\u65bc90%-98%\u4e4b\u95f4, \u7279\u7570\u5ea6\u66f4\u52a0\u9ad8\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u9054\u523098%-100%\u3002\u7531\u6b64\u53ef\u898b\uff0c\u5e02\u9762\u4e0a\u53ef\u4ee5\u8cb7\u5230\u7684\u6e2c\u8a66\u5305\u6e96\u78ba\u6027\u666e\u904d\u8f03\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
