作为区内基层医疗研究的领先枢纽，赛马会公共卫生及基层医疗学院很荣幸成立基层医疗临床试验小组（PCCTU），以实现以下目标：
- 致力通过高质量、循证为本的临床试验，应对迫切的健康挑战，改善病人健康成果，并为医疗政策提供实证依据；
- 通过严谨的研究推动基层医疗的知识发展与创新，同时促进医疗专业人员、研究人员与政策制定者之间的合作；
- 推动循证方案，提升个人及社区的健康与福祉。

我们为基层医疗临床研究提供一站式支援，涵盖研究构想、方案设计、试验建置、执行以至结案的各个阶段。我们的服务包括试验设计、法规与伦理审查申请、试验中心启动、受试者招募、数据管理、监测、分析以及研究结案等，确保整个研究过程达致最高水平的科学严谨性、治理规范与高效的营运执行。

重点范畴
- 精神健康:
- 在基层医疗环境中，开发及评估针对精神健康问题的早期识别、介入及管理的新方法。
- 探索将精神健康服务融入日常基层医疗的可行性，以减少污名化并提升服务的可及性。
- 痛症:
- 研究创新策略以管理慢性痛症，包括肌肉骨骼痛、神经性痛症及广泛性慢性痛症，从而提升生活素质。
- 评估非药物治疗方法（如数码健康工具及运动治疗）在痛症管理方面的成效。
- 高血压:
- 进行临床试验以优化高血压的管理与预防，重点包括个人化护理及生活方式调整。
- 评估流动健康科技及以病人为本的介入措施对血压控制的影响。
- 疾病预防:
- 推动初级预防策略，包括生活方式介入及社区为本的计划，以减轻慢性疾病的负担。探索提升疫苗接种率及公众健康素养的创新方法。
